Apple Intros Hotly Anticipated 17" MacBook

macbookpro17_front.jpg Apple today introduced the hotly anticipated 17-inch MacBook Pro notebook computer, featuring an Intel Core Duo processor and a new system architecture that delivers up to five times the performance of the PowerBook G4, according to the company. The combination of power, screen space, and portability could make the 17" MacBook Pro a mobile multimedia dream system. The 17-inch MacBook Pro features an aluminum enclosure one inch thick, weighs 6.8 pounds, includes a built-in iSight video camera for video conferencing on-the-go, and Front Row with Apple Remote.
