Michigan Schools Pioneering
Schools in the Pinckney Community School distriict of Pinckney, MI, are pioneering the use of podcasts in K-12 education. The Pinckney Community School podcasts include podcasts for individual schools, and themed podcasts, such as the PSTN - Pinckney Sports Television Network. "The new world is creative, and it's exciting to see how creative kids can be,'' said Diane Harris, Pinckney Elementary's art and technology teacher. "Podcasting gives their written words a voice, and it's fun to see where they'll take it next.''
