New App for Radio
Prophet Systems, a supplier of data management solutions for radio broadcasters, has introduced the XLR8R podcast module for its NexGen Digital automation system. The module converts playlists, music and radio programming into podcast feeds. Broadcasters can create podcasts using the tools and equipment traditionally deployed for terrestrial radio broadcasts instead of playing programming elements in real time to convert content into podcast form.
