This Valentine Says Burn Down the
Blue Valentine, a band from Texas that releases podcast-legal music, is a duo that has been described as 10,000 Maniacs meets Steve Earle. Their song, Burn Down the Mall, offers an alternative to sappy love songs. Blue Valentine plays mostly original music, with special arrangements of choice cover tunes ranging from music by "The Band" to "The Pogues" to Johnny Cash to Nick Cave to Leonard Cohen, etc.
