PodAdmin Offers Free Web-Based Podcast
Added to Podcasting Software page: PodAdmin is a free web-based podcast manager. Users upload new episodes via web form. PodAdmin grabs title and description from the MP3 file ID3 tags and generates a new RSS feed. Optionally users can specify the title and description if it is not embeded in the audio file. PodAdmin is FREE, released under the GNU License.
