Media Company Announces Video Podcasting
via Video Podcasting News: Podcasting and video podcasting are taking off, and traditional media producers are beginning to take notice. No Island, an electronic and print publisher, has announced that it has established a new division focusing on digital media production. No Island Media will focus on documenting creative culture from in short-form reality and documentary programs that will be formatted for delivery to multiple digital platforms, including streaming media, podcasts, Quicktime and other formats. With of advent of media professionals entering the video podcasting milleu, we are seeing the worlds of marketing, education, customer support, sales and training collide, says No Island s Executive Director Trevor Andrews. This means print advertising, standard marketing, corporate websites, even blogs are obsolete.
